Hello, I am Bob Kain and I provide a Building Design Drafting Service producing architectural plans in 2 & 3D CAD, your own design or mine, concept through to working drawings for new homes or alterations in all style of homes. I give you my personal guarantee that I will listen carefully to your ideas and requirements and provide excellent value for your money.
I provide all the architectural documentation necessary for your council approval and can assist you with other consultants you will require such as Builders, Engineers and Private Certifiers.
I work with several Builders and Engineers and I am happy for you to meet with any of them to view their work.
CURRENT PROJECTS
- A new large Queenslander in Belli Park completed 26 October 2011
- Currently under construction are three projects.
A large high set renovation in Hunchy; a small addition in Marcoola; and a fabulous new multi level home in Doonan.
On the drawing board is a new modern low set home in Mudjumba Beach.
